Çengelköy Villa Expansion

The villa began as an expansion project. The current basement did not provide room for the major mechanical functions of the villa; the reserve water tank and generator were using up precious space in the garden and the central heating of the house had not been working properly. We  dug into the garden area and created an additional 85 sq. meters to the current square footage. This gave way to a beautiful garden and façade work on the exterior and a 55 sq. meter dressing room with a new and improved mechanical room and central heating in the interior.
